Friday was a long, fun day.  Got up at 4:30am to go fishing with my dad and uncle, we caught 12 walleye and my uncle caught a really nice one, 25 inches, weighing 6lbs.  I came home with a couple bags of fillets and will be eating really good this week.

We had a wonderful weekend of gaming at the Sandbaggers Game Club.  15 people showed up Friday to game or just chat and on Saturday there were 21 people in the club at midnight playing in four different games.  I didn’t make a head count before that, but 3 to 4 people had come and left before then.

A few members of the Helena Game Club came to Great Falls, Saturday, to visit the Sandbaggers Game Club and play a few games as gamers are wont to do.

We played Wooden Ships & Iron Men (*Avalon Hill) and frankly it stank (I think they had fun).  I was on the losing end twice, but we learned a game some had never played and a few of us hadn’t ( Read more... )

Some of the Helena Game Club’s members will be coming to Great Falls this Saturday to play a game of Wooden Ships & Iron Men (*Avalon Hill).

The Sandbaggers Game Club will enjoy entertaining the guys from Capitol City, while sinking their fleet.  I’m not sure which scenario we will play, but I heard Trafalgar mentioned.
